DESCRIPTION:Dear Core Group members\,\, \nThe upcoming CG meeting in Rome\, Italy\, on October 8-9\, 2026 is organized by Dr. Maura Manganelli and Dr. Simona Scardala. \nThe CyanoAction Core Group will meet in Rome\, Italy\, on 8–9 October 2026 for a two-day working meeting dedicated to reviewing progress and preparing the next phase of the Action. \nThe first day will focus on presenting\, discussing and evaluating the results of the Pan-European stakeholder questionnaire\, identifying possible improvements\, and drafting key results for dissemination to stakeholders through the newsletter\, website and relevant publications. \nThe second day will focus on Grant Period 2 reporting and claim procedures\, followed by the planning of Grant Period 3 activities and budget. The meeting will provide an important opportunity to consolidate the work completed so far and coordinate priorities for the next Grant Period. \nAttached are a preliminary agenda and a file with information on the venue\, accommodation\, and transport to the venue (prepared by Dr. M. Also\, you will receive an official invitation via the e-cost platform that includes this link. \nPlease read the draft meeting agenda and a report on the Core Group’s decisions (GP2-CG reports 3 & 4) regarding the implementation of the approved Work and Budget Plan to date. Also attached is a file containing all annexes to this report\, including the minutes of the CG meetings and short reports on the WG meetings/Training school\, both virtual and face-to-face\, held so far. The report has been prepared in accordance with Article 3.6 of the Annotated Rules and approved by the CG (CGe-voteD147 (2026-09-18)). \nYour participation in the meeting would be greatly appreciated.
